I hereby request that the above named Homeowner’s Association provide to me a resale certificate pertaining to the unit referenced above.  I understand that 61 Degrees North Realty has 10 days to complete the resale certificate after the receipt of payment.

Any request to change the person authorized to pick up the resale must be in writing and be signed by the owner of record or R.E. Listing Licensee.

Requests purchased after 12pm Alaska time will be received on the following business day when determining the due date

Digital copies will be available on or before the 10th day

Rush copies will be available on or before the 5th business day

If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, your files will be available the following business day

Printed copies can be purchased in additional to digital copies
